We search our extensive network for potential matches and actively recruit to expand options. Each candidate is vetted and interviewed to ensure alignment with your criteria. Additionally, we offer coaching for successful interactions. Once suitable matches are found, introductions are curated by our team. We provide continuous support throughout, adjusting strategies and offering feedback, to help you find a meaningful connection.

Our Services
When you sign up with Cohen Gray Connections, you’re getting personalized matchmaking services that include interviews, evaluations, and processing to find your perfect match. The information you provide to us must be accurate and truthful. Falsifying information may result in termination of our services without a refund.

Membership
Your membership is personal and cannot be transferred. If you need to put your membership on hold, just send us a written request. Please note that this does not entitle you to any refunds. Our services are non-refundable. This includes but is not limited to application fees, membership fees, and service fees.

Match Predictability
Finding a mutual match can vary for each client. Some may find matches quickly, while it may take longer for others based on preferences and membership level.

Client Responsibilities
We expect all clients to be respectful and appropriate at all times. Treat your matches with the utmost respect and politeness. Failure to communicate or missing meetings may result in membership suspension or cancellation.

Background Check and Clearance
We may request that you undergo a background check or obtain clearance through relevant authorities, which may include but are not limited to the Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP) in Canada or appropriate local equivalents in the United States. Failure to comply with these requests may result in the termination of this Agreement without any right to a refund.

Termination and Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your membership if you violate any of these Terms and Conditions. No refunds will be given in such cases.

Confidentiality
Your privacy is important to us. Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information exchanged during our services. No company information shall be disclosed.

Non-Disparagement
We value honest feedback and welcome your suggestions for improvement. However, both parties agree to refrain from making any negative or disparaging remarks about the other, including but not limited to online reviews or any public forums. This clause does not restrict the disclosure of truthful information when legally required.

Changes to the Agreement
We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. By continuing to use our services, you agree to any changes made.

Suspension and Termination Policy
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services not only for any violation of the aforementioned terms and conditions but also at our full discretion for any behavior we deem inappropriate, unjust, or otherwise detrimental to the integrity of our community.

Pause or Freeze Membership
Certain membership packages at Cohen Gray Connections include the option to pause or freeze a client’s membership. This option is available for a maximum duration of six (6) months and can only be utilized once. To request a pause or freeze, clients must provide written notice to Cohen Gray Connections. Please note that the request will only be effective upon confirmation from our team.
